At Envo Facility Solutions, we work hard to ensure orders are processed quickly and delivered safely. Below is our full Shipping Policy, outlining how orders are handled, shipped, and tracked.


1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within:

  • 1โ€“2 business days for standard in-stock items

  • 3โ€“5 business days for bulky, heavy, or special-order products

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST may begin processing the next business day

Processing times may vary depending on vendor inventory, holidays, or supply-chain delays.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Freight carriers for palletized or oversized shipments

Shipping method depends on product type, size, weight, and destination.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the item

  • Destination address

  • Carrier rates

  • Special handling requirements (if applicable)

Certain heavy or oversized items may require freight delivery, which may include additional fees.


4. Free Shipping (If Applicable)

If Envo offers free shipping promotions or thresholds:

  • Free shipping applies only to eligible products

  • Oversized, hazardous, or freight-only items may be excluded

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows typically range from:

  • 2โ€“7 business days for standard shipping

  • 5โ€“12 business days for freight shipments

  • Remote or rural areas may take longer

These windows are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track your shipment

Freight shipments may include a PRO number or a call from the freight carrier to schedule delivery.


7. Freight Deliveries (Large or Bulky Items)

For palletized shipments:

  • A loading dock or forklift may be required

  • Residential freight may incur lift-gate fees

  • Someone must be present to receive the delivery

  • Inspect the pallet before signing for damage

If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage

  2. Keep all packaging materials

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue.


9. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned to Envo due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal:

  • Additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


10. International Shipping

At this time, Envo primarily ships within the United States.
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basisโ€”contact us prior to ordering if needed.


11. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on vendor or warehouse locations.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
